



Relationship Reset — Help Navigating Love & Connections
Without a secure sense of self, our relationships with other people may feel overly important or perilously unreliable. Seeking love —closeness, understanding, reassurance, commitment, and connection — we may find ourselves behaving in ways that surprise or unsettle us. Anger, helplessness, or deep disappointment can surface when we feel let down by others or they don't meet our (often unspoken) expectations. Through individual counselling, we can explore how you interact in your relationships, both with yourself and with others. This process can lead to meaningful, lasting change. My role is to support you in rediscovering your sense of worth and developing greater emotional awareness around your attachment patterns and relationship triggers. When we choose to focus on our own emotional landscape rather than trying to change others, several things begin to occur. We become more self-aware and better understand ourselves. This self-awareness can lead to personal growth and greater emotional well-being. We may also find that our relationship dynamics start to shift. Our empathy and compassion towards our partner will increase too. When we understand and work on our own emotional struggles, we become more attuned to our partner's challenges. This can foster a greater sense of connection and support in the relationship. Understanding our behaviour and taking responsibility for it builds self-knowledge.
