Relationship Reset: Help Navigating Love & Connections  

Without a secure sense of self, our relationships with other people may feel overly important or perilously unreliable. Seeking love - closeness, understanding, reassurance, commitment, and connection - we may find ourselves behaving in ways that shock or frighten us. We may find ourselves feeling angry or helpless when other people disappoint us or when they refuse to be the people we want or expect them to be. When we take the time to explore who we are and how we interact in our relationships, both within ourselves and with others, authentic, meaningful change can occur in our lives. My expertise lies in supporting you to take this journey and, in doing so, helping you to rediscover your sense of worth and build your emotional awareness of your attachment styles and relationship triggers. When we have relationship issues and choose to focus on our own emotional baggage, several things can occur. Firstly, we become more self-aware and better understand ourselves. This self-awareness can lead to personal growth and greater emotional well-being. Secondly, we may find that our relationship dynamics start to shift. Unresolved emotional predicaments and problems often contribute to conflicts and misunderstandings in relationships. By addressing these issues, we can improve our communication skills, manage our emotions more effectively, and create a healthier and more harmonious relationship with our partner. Thirdly, our empathy and compassion towards our partner will increase. When we understand and work on our own emotional struggles, we become more attuned to our partner's challenges. This can foster a greater sense of connection and support in the relationship. Understanding our behaviour and taking responsibility for it builds self-knowledge. It is a process that asks more of us but returns power to where it belongs - within you!
