My Approach
My role is to create a safe space. A place where you can openly and safely explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. My focus is all about empowering your insights into your life and supporting you to make your own choices and decisions. In my counselling, I take a collaborative approach and work within an integrative framework - blending theories and interventions in ways that will align with your unique needs and fit with your values. Our counselling relationship will become the cornerstone of the healing process and will be built on trust, empathy and non-judgement. Our work together will serve as a catalyst for self-discovery, personal growth, and positive change. You will learn to recognise how your inner dialogue affects you and reconnect with yourself in a more loving and compassionate voice. You will find your way forward.
My Qualifications
I have a Master's degree in the field of Guidance and Counselling from the University of Queensland, a First Class Honours degree in Education from James Cook University
and I'm registered as a Level 2 Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
My pronouns are she/her.
