Hello there, Loss brings a range of emotions, and it's okay to feel whatever you're feeling. Whether it's a loved one, a relationship, or another significant aspect of your life, grief reshapes our world, and there's no right or wrong way to navigate it. What matters is knowing you don’t have to go through it alone. Support can come in many forms — from friends, family, or from talking with someone like me. When and if it feels right to you — I offer a compassionate space to reflect, understand, and begin the healing process. I believe healing isn't about forgetting but finding a way to carry the memories while allowing yourself to move forward. Even amid profound loss, hope and meaning are waiting to be reclaimed.
